Welcome to The Nice State! By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms. We don’t speak legalese fluently either, so we’ve kept it simple (with just a little Minnesota charm).
1. Order Process
All products are made-to-order. Once you hit “buy,” your shirt enters production — no take-backs, no switcheroos.
Please double-check your size, color, and address before placing your order.
Mistakes happen, but we’re a small (and nice!) shop — correcting orders mid-process isn’t guaranteed.
2. Shipping & Fulfillment
We partner with Printful, a third-party fulfillment company, to custom-make and ship each item.
Most orders ship within 2–5 business days and arrive within 6–9 business days after that.
We currently only ship to the U.S. (and not yet to your cousin in Winnipeg — sorry, eh).
3. Returns & Exchanges
Because items are made just for you, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
If that happens, we’ll make it right faster than you can say “uff da.” Just contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
4. Cancellations
Once an order is submitted, it heads into production quickly — so we can’t guarantee cancellations.
Think of it like ordering cheese curds: once they’re frying, there’s no going back.
5. Product Colors & Mockups
We do our best to accurately represent each shirt’s color and design, but due to monitor differences (and the nature of POD), slight variations may occur.
If you’re unsure, feel free to ask before ordering — we don’t bite.
6. Privacy
We take your info seriously. We only use your data to fulfill orders, send updates, and maybe email you about a sale now and then.

7. Changes to This Policy
We may update these terms as needed — because nothing stays frozen in Minnesota forever.
